As part of our growth in the area of Automation and Industrial Digitalization, we are looking for a Senior Automation Process Engineer (OT Architect) who will work with significant autonomy and varied tasks. The role is self-directed with the ambition to deliver on time and to a high quality.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities within the OT domain (Automation) include:

• Led requirements definition from early development to safe and efficient production.
• Lead technical trials and equipment qualifications, as well as create and review documentation such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), FAT/SAT, qualification documents, and risk analyses, etc.
• Lead and participate as a technical expert in our development and rollout projects.
• Lead and drive standardization.
• Be responsible for system requirements and functions within levels 0 to 2 (ISA 95).

Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

The position is permanent.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone passionate about Automation and Digitalization. You should have an academic background as a mechanical engineer or equivalent, along with at least 10 years of experience in Automation and data-driven production with a deep understanding of real-time communication and machine safety. You have experience translating process requirements into technical automated solutions. Furthermore, you are fluent in both English and Swedish, in speech and writing. You have negotiation experience with service and equipment suppliers, as well as experience in technical project work within the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) or equivalent.

As a person, you take great personal responsibility for your tasks. You are self-motivated, meticulous, and flexible, with a positive and professional attitude towards work and colleagues. You communicate easily as you will work broadly and cross-functionally within the company because we work as ONE TEAM.
